About Us
Coolheat Plumbing is a family-run business with over 35 experience in the trade. Business partners Simon and Richard were originally trained by British Gas and are now established in Undy, Caldicot. They have installed thousands of central heating systems, boilers, bathrooms, gas fires, cookers, and tank cylinders over the last 35 years. Aside from private customers they have installed over 600 boilers for Warm Front and hundreds of boilers for British Gas as sub-contractors.

Meet the Team
Richard Cox
Richard is one of the founders of Coolheat and has been in the trade for over 30 years.
Simon Stuart
Simon is the other Founder of Coolheat and has also been in the business for over 30 years.
Jack Cox
Jack started out as an apprentice for Coolheat while he studied for his gas safety exams. For the past year, he has been a fully qualified gas engineer and key team member for Coolheat.
Emily Cox
Emily works behind the scenes at Coolheat ensuring the website is running smoothly and appointments are scheduled.
